Unlimited meetings. Pay for what you keep.
Every plan, including Free, has no time limit, no cap on people, and no meeting count — the meeting runs between your browsers and costs us nothing to host, so we do not charge for it. What you pay for is video kept on our disks, the AI without limits, and tools that work across all your meetings at once. Every plan keeps the transcript, the recap and the action items.
Paid plans are not on sale yet — nothing can be charged today. Until they are, everything marked Pro is open to every account.
What Pro adds
Free has everything for one meeting at a time. Pro keeps more of your video, takes the limit off the notetaker, and adds the tools that work across all your meetings at once.
The same on both: unlimited meetings, time and people · everyone transcribed on their own microphone · every meeting’s recording, recap, transcript and action items · the agent API.
How it works
- What does Pro add to Free?
- More video kept, the notetaker with no limit, more Counsel time and a gold star — and three tools that work across all your meetings at once: ask them all one question, search every word anyone said, and follow one person through every call. Everything about a single meeting — its recording, recap, transcript and action items — is on Free too.
- What is a minute?
- A minute of video recording kept on your account — the meeting recordings and the clips you have not removed. A forty-minute meeting uses forty. Transcripts, recaps, notes and action items are not counted; they are yours for as long as the account exists.
- Is there a storage limit?
- Not on a paid plan. Each plan includes minutes of video kept; past them, video is $5 per 1,000 minutes a month, billed with your plan, and recording never stops — the Plan tab of your dashboard shows the number as it goes. On Free there is a line at 300 minutes: switch storage on with a card and the same rate applies, or remove an old recording to make room. A meeting that begins with minutes to spare is always recorded to the end.
- How do I get minutes back?
- Remove the video from any meeting on its page, or from the Plan tab of your dashboard, which lists what you keep largest first. The page keeps everything else. There is no trash that still counts against you.
- Enterprise seats
- Choose how many seats — one is enough — and pay. Then name your team and invite people by email, up to the seats you paid for; the first seats-worth of members, by when they joined, hold them. Add seats any time from the billing portal. Enterprise also comes with a call with the founder to shape the future of the platform, and your feature requests go to the top of the list. More than fifty seats, or an invoice instead of a card: write to us and say how many.
- Giving it as a gift
- Yes: Pro, or one Enterprise seat, for a month or a year. You pay once, and the person you give it to is never charged and nothing renews. Put their email or their name in at checkout. As soon as it is paid for you get the gift's link to send them, and the page tells you whether we emailed it to them as well. Their month or year starts the day they open it. A gift keeps the plan's minutes of video; past them, they can switch storage on with a card of their own.
- Super Enterprise
- Enterprise built around a whole company: integrations and AI agents made for the tools you already use, recordings kept for as long as your own rules say, onboarding for everyone, and a direct line to the founder. It is priced with you on a call, booked from its card on this page.
- Cancelling or downgrading
- Cancel from the billing portal any time; the plan runs to the end of what you paid for. Nothing is deleted on a downgrade — you keep every recording, and on Free simply cannot add more until you are under the line again or switch storage on.
- The notetaker
- Meetful's AI sent to a Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or Webex call you are in. Unlimited on every paid plan; Free carries 90 minutes a month, reset on the 1st. The video it brings back counts as video kept, like any recording.
- Counsel
- The AI counsel in a legal call — it hears both parties, reads the draft aloud and proposes wording both must accept. Each plan carries a number of Counsel minutes a month — 30 on Free, 240 on Pro, 480 per Enterprise seat — counted while the AI counsel is in a legal call, and reset on the 1st. A sitting ends after two hours and can be started again. There is no overage: when the month's minutes are used, Counsel leaves and the document pane keeps working, and nothing is charged.
- Guests and the agent API
- Joining a meeting never needs an account or a plan. The agent API is free on every plan.
